Rafiki's Planet Watch

This has been renamed from "Conservation Station"

You take a short Train Ride to it. You pass by the Back of the Safari. (You get to see the where the animals who are not on safari are kept.) There is a petting zoo there so young ones get some nice hands on experience with the animals. Inside the building there is this beautiful mural (below, right) of all sorts of animals. Click on the image to see more of these murals. Warning: The train (pictured below) comes and goes at it's own schedule, so if you want to be somewhere at a certain time, make sure you have enough time for the round trip train - there is only one train going back and forth.

There is also a petting zoo that young children will love.

Here's the train you ride on  - the train station has the feel of a small village station.

Click on the mural picture and you will see more up close and personal on the murals. PLUS a few of the many HIDDEN MICKEY'S inside!! ----->
