Journey Into Your Imagination
Spaceship Earth - Or as our granddaughter says: The Big Ball. Take a ride on these slow moving cars to see the history of communications. If there's a line, go on something else, usually we walk right on. Narrated by Jeremy Irons.
|Test Track - Revamped World of Motion (still sad to see that gone...) It is a good ride - but don't wait for hours. You are "in" a test vehicle as it goes through the various safety and speed tests. Get Fast Pass. But get it early! Fast pass was usually 1.5 to 3 hours out from when you got your ticket. TIP: Go in the 'single riders line' usually takes 20 minutes or less, even when standby is an hour or more.|
I Shrunk the Audience" (Located in Imagination pavilion) - 3D Movie starring the Honey I shrunk the kids
crew. Some really neat effects, very entertaining. Our littlest grandson does
NOT like the effects, so take caution with little ones.
|The Land Click Here updated 3/3/02||
Space: Coming 2003 - The
entire pavillion of Horizons was leveled, and this new Space attraction will
take it's place
|Fitness Fairgrounds - Wonders of Life. updated 3/3/02|
The Living Seas - Starts with a movie, then you "descend" into the depths undersea and visit manatee, dolphins and other sea life.
Ellen's Energy Adventure - Universe of Energy - This is much better updated. It used to start off with a really boring (felt like I was in school) movie about energy. Now they've got Bill Nye the Science guy explaining it all to Ellen DeGeneres. Then you go through the age of the Dinosaurs - still looks good.
Fountain of Nations Water Ballet - Fountain at Millennium Central erupts into a computer synchronized water ballet every 15 min.
Future World Entertainment: Future Corps - Contemporary music in the traditional style of the drum and bugle corps. Kristos - Acrobats. Jammitors - Comedic sounds. Cast in Bronze - Traveling Carillon Band
Millennium Events: Spaceship Earth "Millennium Central" Collectors gather each day at MC to trade Millennium pins. Leave a Legacy: An incredible mosaic of memories this allows you to have a metallic tile etched with your image. We didn't do this, we figured our pictures would end up at the top of the sculpture and we'd never be able to see it!
